Rare Antique Pewter Quart Pub Jug, W Whymark, Young Prince, Blue Anchor Rd c1830

This style of jug was made in both the Georgian and Victorian periods, it is difficult to date the jug as the excise marks maybe a later addition than its manufacture, also these marks were only introduced in 1836 and were not always adhered to.
