Vintage Thomas Mercer Marine Chronometer Workshop Sign. I would assume it could be any time from 1920s to postwar? It measures 37.5cm x 7.5cm. It weighs 365 grammes. It has a few surface marks and needs a good clean and polish. NB this is for the sign only. The chronometer bowls are just for scale.
