Vintage Thomas Mercer Marine Chronometer Bowl

The bowl reads "25", on the internal base. It is missing the gimbal hinges and the locking plate. The cover for the base winding hole is sprung. No upper bezel, or glass etc. The dial top plate reads "16489" on the rear.
