Very nice unique vintage oak hat or plant stand. This is a very nice design, possibly French, with very well designed wooden mechanism to allow the plate of the stand to move into a slanted position or remain flat, and for the height of the stand to be adjusted. Made from light oak wood it it solid and stands very sturdily on 3 gorgeous, flat, splayed feet. The adjustable height allows for it to stand freely on a table/shelf or can stand proudly on the floor and the adjustable plate makes it very versatile also making it useable as a plant stand. This statement piece would look fabulous in any style room/setting and is a great talking piece. Some minor signs of wear as can be seen in photos
