German 1870 iron Cross first class early cast iron issue, crown and 13 Lotig

Typical 1870 design features: Crown, "W", and "1870" date. 1870 Iron Cross. I am not a militaria expert, so I can only describe the item to the best of my ability and based on what I can see. Early split-pin fixing (not currently functioning).
