The condition is generally very good with lovely crisp clear hallmarks (please see photos) Approximate weight: 91.5g Length: 29.5cm Maker: Thomas Northcote Asset office: London Date: 1783 Thomas Northcote was a prominent 18th-century London silversmith who apprenticed under Charles Hutton in 1766 and registered his first solo spoon-maker mark in August 1776. He was highly regarded for producing intricate and finely balanced flatware from his workshops in Blackfriars and later Clerkenwell.
