Made by Richards & Hartley in the 1880's, this is an EAPG Lion and Cable aka Tiny Lions spooner. The spooner has an etched fern pattern on both sides as well as two tiny lions sitting on the handles. It measures 6" tall. There are use marks from the spoons in the bottom of the inside of the spooner, an internal hairline in the glass and also two little nicks along the bottom rim above the cable (see closeups).
