Blown Blue Glass Sphere Fishing Float Style Decorative Art Glass Ball Bauble

Glass sphere I'm not sure what this item is. Possibly a fishing float, maybe some hard blown glass, I'm really not sure. Appears to have some crazing on the inside. No chips or cracks. Please see all the detailed photos.
