This item is incredible! It is a silver plated rotating caster condiment set. The condiment bottles are cobalt blue etched glass, made in Romania. The stand is 15 inches tall and does have some tarnishing. It also looks like at some point the base has bent and been reshaped. No chips or cracks in the glass. Truly a stunning piece for any dining room.
