The condition is fantastic for its age. It’s marked on the bottom with the Barker Bros “B over Bros” hallmark and “EPGS.”. The stamp is a bit faded, but I was able to make out a faint "B" with my eye-loupe and after much research, including the use of EPGS (Electroplated German Silver), design and the wingnut.
