Sampson Mordan Pen Nib Wipe designed as a boot scraper in good clean antique condition. Fully hallmarked for London 1894 and measuring 5cm x 5cm x 2cm There is a slight indent on one corner and very mild tarnishing but overall in good condition for age and use and quite a rare item.
