Fully stamped for Birmingham 1903 with the makers mark for William Hair Haseler - top closes ok and good spring - has striker on bottom and ring on top. They launched the silver line of Liberty ‘Cymric’ and the pewter counterpart ‘Tudric’ and produced works designed by Archibald Knox.
