Antique silver plate glass holder. Made in England. No maker's stamp. Decorative pattern with handle. Glass height, on its own, is 12 cm. Antique condition is good. The silver plate could do with a thorough clean and polish. The glass doesn't go all the way down, not sure why, not even sure if its supposed to. Any questions, please feel free to ask.
