“481” is a known Kenrick model number for this design; Kenrick/Archibald Kenrick & Sons made a number of similar decorative castings in the late 19th / early 20th century. Kenrick & Sons (West Bromwich, England) was a foundry active in the 19th century that produced a variety of cast iron decorative pieces.
