A plain, narrow rimmed plate with a shallow well and flat base outlined with an incised circle. There is an ownership triad of"I.E"’ on the back. Also on the back are a set of hallmarks including the initials ‘RB’, a crowned ‘X’, a ‘LONDON’ label and the square touch depicting a statant griffin with inscribed labels ‘ROBERT’ and ‘BUSH’ above and below, by Robert Bush of Bristol, OP737. Bush was active from c.1755 to 1781
