Hallmarked "Jones & Barber William Spurrier Ltd Birmingham and London T7371". Really a stunning early silverplate piece in nice condition. it will need a cleaning and a polishing. I doubt the inside black spots can be removed as they are usually associated with salt and very difficult to remove.
