William Hutton & Sons Silver Plated Champagne/Syphon/Bottle Holder Stand with Snake/Serpent Handles This beautiful and unusual snake handled piece was produced by William Hutton & Sons in the late 19th/early 20th century. The snakes are beautifully modelled. It is in good condition, commensurate with age, bar a couple of small dents and one larger dent as shown. The impress marks to the base show the company’s generic marking of the period including the cross arrows cipher together with the impression A1 which denotes that the stand was produced to the highest quality band for the company.
