VTG Tiffany & Co. Elsa Peretti Sterling Silver Bean Stone Pen Holder Paperweight

The Bean shape is a great design and allows you to use virtually any style Pen. The holder is in very good condition. There is a small ding on the back side towards the bottom. It is very hard to see when it is laying flat (See photos).
