It is signed on the bottom "Breininger Pottery. Cold"(He often included a weather notation.). Robesonia PA. I've included a closeup photo of the rim - there is a area that could be mistaken for a crack, but it is actually the way the glaze dripped and it is perfectly smooth when you run your finger over it.
