Although I’m not 100% what this is made out of, I do believe it could be silver plated, despite no markings I’ve done the “magnet test” and “ice test” I could be wrong, hence price. It could also be metal Vintage, can be used as a planter or ice bucket Some surface marks and light scratches, see photos for overall condition
