Vintage Ship Propeller Screw Shaft Revolution Indicator / Maritime Tachometer, Cirscale, Record - England Manufactured by Record Electrical Co, Broadheath, England Dated around 1930 - 70's The object originated from a large decommissioned ship which would have 2 individual propeller screw shafts, this example is from the starboard side. Aluminium case, fitted on a wooden display board. 38cm high x 23cm wide x 16cm deep. Untested. Good used condition for age and application, with some wear, marks and discolouration etc Marked, Cirscale, Record, Broadheath, England, to the face, which is now rather faint !
