It’s a premium piece which I think is crafted by the renowned ex-Mouseman artisan Peter "Rabbitman" Heap of Wetwang. The Top of stool is A gorgeous, highly detailed Yorkshire / Tudor Rose carved in bold relief right in the center of the seat.
