This is a very heavy weight for its size, it is solid and strong. It is a tubular shape with the top slight thinner than the base, so it stands well. It has a ring hook at the top. It is old and pitted but a good strong heavy weight. It measures 10cm in height and is 4cm across the top and 6cm across the base. See images for more information.
