This is a lovely vintage mid century Scandinavian pewter lidded trinket box. It was made by Brodrene Mylius (Mylius Brothers) in Norway and is signed on the base with their maker's mark and design number 610/1. It is a circular box standing on four bar feet with relief decoration. The lift-off lid has a similar relief decoration around the edge. The box is in good sound condition. There are some very light surface marks on the outside and patches off discolouration on the inside. Otherwise it has tge general oatina commensurate with its age. Please see photos. Measures approx 3.5" high to the top of the finial, and 3" in diameter.
