This vintage metal box is 27x27cm square and 4.5cm deep. It has been well used - but I’m not sure in what capacity! Judging from the marks on the back it was originally taped to something … perhaps a vehicle. There are scratches and rust marks but the clips work and it’s a nice old thing. As well as being an artist, my late father was in the RAF’s medical corps so it could have held artists materials or medical materials. Please see photos for further details.
