Very decorative large ornate bronze mount featuring Venus on a shell with sea creatures pulling her through the waves with a man blowing a shell probably announcing her arrival. Vintage, cast in the early to mid 20th century. With its sea theme it would be a wonderful piece to mount on the door of a powder room or bathroom. Heavy, weights over 1 pound and 1/4.
