Vintage Boat Cable double Pulley Wheel - Vintage Classic Boat.

Bronze/Brass (not sure which.) Vintage boat or ship double pulley in working order. Fixed deck mounting could easily be used again. Had a light oil and clean and now has a lovely colour to it..
