It is however a piece after WMF produced by Les Étains du Prince Eveque of France in the 1970's. The original piece by WMF was model number 210, produced in 1900-1905 and titled Child with Snail. This is still beautifully made, it has an exceptional Jugendstil style design with whiplash flair notably to the handles.
