This art deco metal umbrella stand is in excellent vintage condition. It features a scalloped rim, hammered metal base and fun umbrella shape. It has a nice patina. I would say the metal is galvanized steel. A magnet will stick to it. The stand is 28” tall including the handle and is 10” wide
