Old and used made by S.D.& Co. Ltd it has an ornate edging and fixed handle with a dipped curved in it. It shows signs of age around the inner edge of the bowl and some surface scratches tarnish etc. see photos the rest is in good used condition. It measures 9in from handle to bottom, bowl diameter is 8.5 in
