This is a charming and super quality hammered silver plate cream set by Georg Nilsson of the Netherlands. The jug measures 7 cm tall and has a diameter of 5 cm. The bowl is 3 cm tall with a diameter of 8 cm. This wonderful and scarce Dutch set has a fabulous hand hammered finish to the silver plate and the jug has a polished and carved bakelite handle. Crafted in the 1940s by George Nilsson and stamped on the base of both items. Superb quality and in excellent vintage condition with no loss of silverplating.
