The decanter label was made in Birmingham by Stokes & Ireland and dates to 1891. The hallmarks, on the back of the label, are nice and clear to read. They show the lion passant for Sterling Silver, the anchor assay mark for Birmingham the date letter r for 1891 and the S & I makers' mark for Stokes & Ireland.
