This beautiful Victorian Sheffield pewter tea pot is a stunning addition to any antique collection.  The pot is marked with the initials "I Pearce" Sheffield, (unadentified) this could be just the name of the person making this piece, which was common, likewise, numbers are just for internal use and does not tell it's age.  It's stylish and nicely designed, with an ebonised handle and pretty flower mother of pearl arrangement on top of the lid. There is a bump in the metal to one side.  The pot has a weight of 380 grammes, height 12 cms and 23 cms spout to handle.
