19th century antique Royal Navy officer's purpose made black toleware tin with scarlet red velvet lining fitted to hold officer’s epaulettes. Paintwork scratched as shown in photos and securing clasp missing. 24.5 x 16.5 x 16.5 cm. An interesting piece of Victorian British naval memorabilia.
