Very ornate Cast iron metal. I believe this is an old sink bracket? Most likely Victorian although guessing . Needs restoring unless you like it vintage and rustic . Sold as seen Sides are just over 16" in length and the front area approx 24" Heavy, cast iron There is layers of paint and surface rust, the rust isn't deep and should make a nice restoration piece 2 areas of damage. The top area of one of the sides has broken off(see photo) and a piece of metal/flange where the side joins the front. one flange is still there so it does connect and stay together ok without moving, other corner area has no damage Measurements on photos .
