This Victorian 1/2 gallon copper jug pitcher is a period piece with a lead seal and dovetail seam. It stands at 8 1/2 inches to the top rim and has a width of 7 1/2 inches across the underside of the base. The jug is an original antique from the 19th century and has a weight of 1.1 Klo. It is in good antique condition showing only the expected age related wear and shallow dinks (see photo's). It is clear that this piece is early Victorian and of the period. It is a perfect addition to any metal ware collection and a great conversation starter. This jug is water tight and is ideal for serving drinks or as a decorative piece in any home.
