This Antique Chinese Oriental Tea Caddy is embossed with chrysanthemums making it a beautiful and intricate piece of Chinese metal ware from the Qing Dynasty (1644-1911), likely late 19th century. It is complete with its original metal inner stopper and outer embossed lid. It is a good weight and has beautiful patina. The caddy measures 12.5 cm tall x 7.3 cm wide and weighs 573 grams. There is a small amount of damage to the rim of the caddy which is not noticeable when the lid is attached.
