I discovered this incredible tapestry while on expedition to the lakeside house of Rudyard Kipling in the village of Bundi. Bundi is a village in the Hadoti region of Rajasthan state in northwest India far from modern civilisation and lies under the mountain top 2000 year-old Palace of Bundi.
