A fabulous example of an antique collectors specimen coin cabinet dating from the William IV - Early Victorian period. Stunning figured walnut cabinet set with 10 thin opening drawers, the drawers have been used for coin collection but could house a variety of different collectables. The cabinet is stood on original ornate brass ball and claw feet and retains original key. The top also lifts out to reveal a secret storage area. Great little early example of a collectors cabinet. Measures 49cm wide including feet, 45cm high and 32cm deep.
