This attractive silver plated vintage box started life as a 'Silent Butler Crumbcatcher', made by esteemed Sheffield company, Walker & Hall. Now, minus wood handle ( lost at some point in last 100 years), but retaining the scallop shell thumb clasp, it is ideal as a trinket or keepsake box. At 9cm x 7cm in size it is a decorative item for any collection. Light polish recommended.
