Manufactured in London by Richard Hodd & Sons. This vintage Victorian / Edwardian EPNS bottle holder has an openwork gallery design composed of vertical pierce-cut slats. The undulating top rim is embellished with a floral garland and bow relief motive. Two ornate drop ring handles are attached to the upper sides. The makers mark and catalogue number (3631) are marked on the base.
