These Sankey & Sons crocodile skin finish Copper jugs with riveted handles are late 19th cent. Unusually a set of surviving 2/3/ & 6 pint jugs in good condition. The large 6 pint has a Dent to the handle (not serious) and the 3 pint needs the base soldered to make it leak proof. This is not a marriage, they came from one source and have been together for over 100 years. Sankey & sons were the biggest maker of Copper ware and were based in Bilston, Wolverhampton. The range is known as Neptune ware. Tallest is 34cmts and the smallest 24cmts.
