Hallmarked from Edinburgh in 1883 with the makers mark being that of Sutherland & Horne. Sutherland & Horne. Scottish sterling silver snuff box of considerable size and weight. Loss of the gilt finish in places to the inside, lid sits back a little when opened, one corner has a couple of small pinholes.
