The famously uber comfortable safari chair by Maurice Burke for Ariana, UK circa 1963. The chair is executed in bright cream / white leatherette & superior African teak. The pieces they are best known for are the tulip ranges which are 1960s and 70s versions of the designs of Eero Saarinen for Knoll in the mid 1950s.
