This beautiful Repousse by Howard & Co Sterling Hinged Ink Well is in very good condition. There is a small dent on side and top of the cap is missing from the inkwell bottle inside. It is also marked Howard & Co Sterling 10 New York 1896 on bottom of inkwell.
