This is a vintage or antique runner’s stick made by Reed and Barton Silver. It was meant to be carried by runners or joggers to ward off dogs or bandits while they ran. The handle is engraved with “BEA” and the tip is marked by Reed and Barton. Measures about 14 inches long.
