Rare Vintage Shimmering Ceramic Eagle Lamp / Night Light , GDR Origin, Working . This is a gorgeous and unusual ceramic lamp measuring 21 cm in height - made in East Germany . I have seen others like it described as also being perfume oil lamps which is why there is a hole on the shoulder ( for oils to be put in ) . I've never used it for this though so not sure if this correct. Bulb is held in place with a screw in the ceramic. Comes with a bulb . No on / off switch - comes on when plugged in - ceramic does become hot to the touch during operation. Working condition though wiring is original and not tested for safety . In good condition with no cracks or chips . Will be very carefully packaged.
