Made in 1910 by Mappin & Webb a Sterling Silver paperweight / paper clip fashioned as a bear on a log, on a raised plinth, the log is not sprung it just works on the weight of the log & bear. Smaller Mappin & Webb versions of this are available but not seen many this size.
