Offering an antique sterling silver suspender George Shiebler, New York. Circa 1890’s. This very rare Aesthetic Movement suspender or garter clip features a well articulated crab in the midst of tree branches. Signed, Shiebler, Sterling. No Monogram. Measuring: 1 1/4” Tall, 1 1/8” Wide. Fully opened, 1 7/8”. The condition is Excellent. No damage or wear. The dark patina is wonderful. As found. I have not polished.
