Rare Pair Gilt Bronze/Brass Art Deco Ashtrays. The rear of both has an all over texture. Each ashtray comprises four different panels of smokers in sporting or transport setting, and would have appealed to the 'modern' man or woman in the thirties, and stylistically are reminiscent of Wiener Werkstatte motifs, from which these are possibly influenced.
